About the Club

The Kewaskum Indians Wrestling Club (KIWC) is dedicated to promoting the sport of wrestling to area youth through organized club practices.

It is our mission to educate interested youth in the basic skills necessary to succeed in the sport of wrestling through a safe and structured practice schedule.

Coaches will encourage the wrestlers to reach their highest potential through hard work on the mat and in school while keeping a positive attitude and having good sportsmanship.

KIWC is open to youth grades Pre-K (4K) through 8th grade. See the Registration page for more information.

KIWC practices are two evenings a week at the Kewaskum High School wrestling room starting the beginning of December through the WWF State Qualifier in mid-March.

Tournaments are typically on weekends during the season at various regional locations sponsored by local wrestling clubs. KIWC will host their annual youth tournament in March. Wrestlers register for tournaments at their own pace and family’s schedule. Traveling as a club is encouraged. A complete listing of Wisconsin tournaments can be found here:  Youth Tournament Listings at WI Wrestling

The KIWC board meets monthly. Parents of wrestlers are encouraged to attend and get involved. See the Contacts page for a listing of board members and positions.

Fun events and outings for wrestling families all year long: youth night at a varsity dual, waterpark hotel outing, end of the year banquet, and annual summer golf outing/bag toss tourney. See the Calendar and News pages for dates and times of club meetings and events.
